The current Covid-19 situation is challenging for all of us. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to keep everyone happy.

At Nozomi Shoe Boutique, the health and wellbeing of both our customers and our team is of the utmost importance. All staff members have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package and members of staff wear vinyl gloves when packaging orders. Everyone is practicing social distancing as much as possible in the work environment.

Any delays with your order, may not be due to dispatch but rather due to delays within the postal services.
